When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! "So I picked up my Fiances ring that I purchased from Weddingbands.com to local jewelry store and ask about sizing the ring. Because I ordered it too large. The salesman asked in a certain tone which said he thought he'd be able to say he could've gotten me a better deal and why didn't I come to him first...So James may I ask how much you paid for this ring?
