I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. We looked a LONG time for the exact ring that my husband wanted and were not able to find it anywhere....online or in the stores. I am very impressed with weddingbands.com. We ordered our rings ad of course we ordered the wrong size. I emailed weddingbands and they responded with in a couple of hours with a phone call. They confirmed the changes we needed to make emailed us the return paperwork and with in 2 days of them receiving our return mailed out the new rings. They made the whole experience as easy as could be. We now have rings that fit and my wife and I are very pleased with them.- John G, Virginia
