Our WeddingBands experience was wonderful like our whole wedding. We only had five days between the ring sizing and the wedding. With the free plastic sizing rings finding the right size was a breeze. Even with free engraving our rings were ready in two days and shipped to our wedding resort with time to spare. I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. Because of Edessas exceptional customer service I will recommend Wedding Bands to everyone I know. By the way I love my ring. It looks better in person than it does on the website. Such an amazing selection of beautiful and varied wedding rings to choose from - the hardest thing was choosing the just the one ring. I made an egregious error in purchasing a wedding band from another purveyor. I then made a last minute Hail Mary attempt to get what I wanted from W.B. They delivered with plenty of time to spare. The titanium bands are gorgeous and priced right too. Delivered in a wonderful white satin pouch with drawstring cords. The inscription was perfect.
