"Ordered online after confirming some design changes via email. I got the ring with my specific choices within a week. I am amazed at the speed. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Dropped the ring on the pavement the minute I got it and it has a nice ding in it but I am sure it can be buffed out - 14k gold is too soft for my abuse. But here I am writing one because honestly - I could not be happier with the service and product quality through weddingbands.com. It was so easy to select exactly the size and shape of simple white gold band that I wanted for myself - at HALF the price it would have been in a local store. "I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12.
