" Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. " I ordered two of these as engagement rings for my boyfriend and me. I proposed as I was flying us over the Golden Gate Bridge in a Cessna. Romantic huh? He said yes! The rings are substantial despite only being the 5mm ones. The 18k Gold is beautiful but really soft as expected. They do scratch easily but adds character to the rings. The good thing about that is that every 6 months we can get them polished and looking like new again. I ordered from Weddingbands.com because all the reviews were so good. Everything was fine however I would suggest that they provide care instructions for the rings and maybe a polishing rag and when shipping correct the tracking system. I could not track the rings after they shipped it did not work for some reason. Other than that I would recommend them on price and quality. I may look at them again upon ceremony time when well get the actual wedding rings." Jeff W., San Francisco
