In fact my husband lost weight this year and lost his so we went ahead and ordered a new one for him and they shipped it right out so quick..we were going on our three week honeymoon we never got the chance to go on and we received it in time !! Great service!! the band I ordered was better than pictured!! Absolutely gorgeous I would definitely order from here in the future.
My mailing address was different from my billing address and I received a phone call shortly after placing my order to double check that It was not a mistake.
The ring arrived in a padded envelope inside another padded envelope well protected and discrete labeling so couldnt tell that valuables were being shipped.
The ring/engraving was done in 24-48 hrs and shipped arriving to Alaska within 5-7 days! Amazing! Overall would give this company a 10/10!!!"

WAS SOME DIFFICULT WITH DATE OF GETTING RING BUT WAS TAKING CARE OF AND PROVIDED ME WITH UPDATE INFORMATION AS BEST THE COULD. CUST SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND I RECVD MY RING IN ENOUGH TIME MY FIANCE LOVED HIS RING SO MUCH HE IS WEARING IT NOW. There was always someone to answer our many questions via phone or email. We returned one ring for re-sizing which was done promptly and without hassle. We love our rings. Iam very happy with the gold bands I bought. No hassles. If your order requires a signature upon delivery I suggest you have your mail put on hold thru usps post office you can do it online and its easy. I had my order within a week from placing the order. Very happy with this company!!"
