"I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. Thank you and Great Job to all involved!"

"A friend had used the site and recommended it because of its convenience and pricing. I put it in the back of my head and continued on my more traditional approach wedding bands for my wife and I. As we spent time and energy going from store to store being bombarded by sales pressure and unreasonable mark ups I decided to simply compare what I was seeing to the rings at weddingbands.com.
