"Ordered online after confirming some design changes via email. I got the ring with my specific choices within a week. I am amazed at the speed. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Dropped the ring on the pavement the minute I got it and it has a nice ding in it but I am sure it can be buffed out - 14k gold is too soft for my abuse.
