"Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "I ordered my rings through Wedding Bands my wedding was 2 weeks away from the time I placed my order. USPS lost my package claiming it has already been delivered I contacted Wedding Bands to inform them the situation. They immediately follow up with USPS and continue to do so for over 1 week I was just 2 days for my wedding with no rings Wedding Bands step up and manufacture new rings and just before they were about to send them USPS found the package got the rings just in time and I was happily impressed by how Wedding Bands handle the whole thing. On top of that the rings were just exactly what I pictured they will look like my now husband tells me everyday how much he likes his ring and that this feels really heavy and probably cost a fortune the true is that although wasnt in the cheap end the price was very good for such a nice and heavy ring. "I ordered the Lords Prayer Wedding Band-14K Yellow Gold. I love the ring and its meaning. My husband and I have been married for 40 years and I wanted something to celebrate that. The only complaint I would have is that the prayer and cross are really hard to see. Maybe antiquing would make it show up better. "We bought our wedding rings from these fine folks (www.weddingbands.com) and were happy, even surprised by the service and results. Not only were our rings what we wanted, but (first of all), shipping and engraving were free (and the engraving is gorgeous), and the boxes were beautiful. The packaging was exceptional, as the primary and secondary packaging could have been busted open and still nobody could have seen the merchandise. Brilliant! What a company.
