"I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. Because of Edessas exceptional customer service I will recommend Wedding Bands to everyone I know. By the way I love my ring. It looks better in person than it does on the website. "I ordered two of these as engagement rings for my boyfriend and me. I proposed as I was flying us over the Golden Gate Bridge in a Cessna. Romantic huh? He said yes! The rings are substantial despite only being the 5mm ones. The 18k Gold is beautiful but really soft as expected. They do scratch easily but adds character to the rings. The good thing about that is that every 6 months we can get them polished and looking like new again. I ordered from Weddingbands.com because all the reviews were so good. Everything was fine however I would suggest that they provide care instructions for the rings and maybe a polishing rag and when shipping correct the tracking system. I could not track the rings after they shipped it did not work for some reason. Other than that I would recommend them on price and quality. I may look at them again upon ceremony time when well get the actual wedding rings." Jeff W., San Francisco
