"My fiance and I been looking for a perfect band for him until I found this ring in a shop in Sydney and we both loved it. I was going to buy it that week but by chance I found this website and luckily they had the exact same ring for a much cheaper price!!! I had to make some phone calls to make sure they are legit and their customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. I even remember Steve who helped with the credit card verification. Thanks Steve ! When we received it my fiance loved the ring so much that I had to literally take it off his hand and hide it as he wasnt gonna take it off! "The quality price and delivery of the ring I purchased exceeded my expectations. The customer service folks were very professional and a pleasure to work with. When they tell you that they will get back with you in ten minutes to answer a question expect to hear from them much sooner than that. In spite of the fact that I changed my order to a different size ring midway through the process I can honestly say that they bent over backwards to make it happen in a timely manner. "We priced wedding rings in the stores and once we had found the design we liked we checked out your options and found the prices to be excellent compared with the stores. We ordered the ring sizer and that helped too. We ordered the rings and they came promptly and very nicely boxed. The rings are beautiful all we wanted.
