Over the course of 25 years it had seen a lot of abuse and actually broke because it was so thin. I bought him a comfort fit plain gold band. I tried to guess his size from the old one. Way off. Had to send it back. Made a few calls to customer Service. They were awesome and patient with me. They answered all my questions. The e-mails help me keep track of the shipping which was pretty fast. "Wow it a great service for society. I bought three rings for a friend Palladium Platinum and White Gold. they loved the rings to the max. Customer service was good and rings delivered on time.
