"My wife recently lost her wedding band that we had ordered from your site two years ago. I wanted to surprise her on our anniversary but I couldnt remember what the exact inscription was. Customer service was more then happy to look up the order and let me know what the inscription said and what ring we had ordered before. "Very pleased with the product and customer service but beware that in case you live in Europe customs will charge a high amount of tax which was $95 dollars for just one ring of $340... So make sure that you order exactly the ring you want in the correct size etc. or it will cost you even more duties... Otherwise very happy with the ring itself!" Karin B., Netherlands
