"I was in the dog house for the longest time. You see right after I got married in 1995 I lost my original wedding ring while raking the yard. I then went to a local jewelry store and purchased a cheap 14K ring. Over the years it does not fit any more became painful to wear and got scratchy. My wife hated it but I hated even more. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12.
