"I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere! When they tell you that they will get back with you in ten minutes to answer a question expect to hear from them much sooner than that. In spite of the fact that I changed my order to a different size ring midway through the process I can honestly say that they bent over backwards to make it happen in a timely manner. "Dear WB, We loved the rings. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. "I ordered two handmade gold rings. The turnaround time was amazing. I got an email that they were being sent and I got them the next day 6 days from order to receipt. I had to return one to be re-sized and I had it back in 10 days including Thanksgiving weekend. Amazingly prompt and very clear on instructions. Oh and we love the rings too!" Mark, DC Area
