"Dear WB, We loved the rings. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. "Internet shopping at its best! I was very skeptical because Ive never heard of such a precious investment being purchased online but I read a bunch of the reviews and thought Id give them a call...so heres another great review for ya. I wanted to propose to my partner before he got word of whether or not he got into an MBA program because I didnt want that to dictate whether or not we were engaged so I had 5 days to do this. Every jeweler I went to charged at least $500 more for the ring I want and of course would need 2 weeks to make the ring. Weddingbands.com still needed to make the ring which would take only 5 business days but shipped out a temporary ring for me to use for the proposal overnight. I proposed he said yes we both approved of the chosen rings sent the temporary back and 4 days later not counting the weekend of course and we got our rings appraised and everything. They even called me when they were ready so I had a chance to place the funds in my account before they charged me. Best prices best service. "My husband and I have been married for 25 years. His old wedding band was cheap but all we could afford. Over the course of 25 years it had seen a lot of abuse and actually broke because it was so thin. I bought him a comfort fit plain gold band. I tried to guess his size from the old one. Way off. Had to send it back. Made a few calls to customer Service. They were awesome and patient with me. They answered all my questions. The e-mails help me keep track of the shipping which was pretty fast.
