"All I can say about weddingbands.com in short is Excellent products in affordable price outstanding customer service. Being new in this country I was a little hesitant to order a wedding ring for myself and after a lot of research selected this company to buy my platinum ring. I ordered a 5 mm comfort fit platinum ring that I was much cheaper compared to other jewelers in my locality. The ring was just awesome and delivered within 3-4 days along with authenticity certificated and appraisal letters as promised. I returned the ring 2 times for some sizing issue which were taken care by the customer service team so well. They are so prompt in answering every doubt a customer might have. "The rings we chose required customisation. The customisation was a wider band which meant the braid then looked much smaller in reality than the photos on the website. Overall we are pleased with the result but not entirely over the moon with the whole experience. The final result did not have a wider braid to ensure proportionality of appearance was maintained. Requests for confirmation of what the customisations were to ensure our order was accurately manufactured was met with a when complete we will confirm the customisations. If undertaken incorrectly it would have been too late to change. Possibly a more proactive order confirmation earlier in the process could be more useful. 7/10." Carole T., New Zealand

"This will be the second ring Ive purchased for my husband. He had the last one stolen from him. The 2 rings Ive purchased were quality bands and I loved the variety weddingbands display. You cant beat the price when it comes to the engraving and sizing. I just purchased myself a diamond band from Jareds had to pay extra for sizing and engraving. Over $100 for both.
