"A friend had used the site and recommended it because of its convenience and pricing. I put it in the back of my head and continued on my more traditional approach wedding bands for my wife and I. As we spent time and energy going from store to store being bombarded by sales pressure and unreasonable mark ups I decided to simply compare what I was seeing to the rings at weddingbands.com. The details from the site helped compare rings quickly and easily. It soon became apparent that the stores I was going to just had much higher mark ups for rings that were of equal or less quality that rings on the site. So we took the plunge and ordered our bands simple classic 14k white gold with comfort fit 4mm and 2mm and we could not be happier. Speaking for myself the ring has good weight to it and looks beautiful just as good or better than any ring I was trying on in stores. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them.
