"I have been married 10 years. I was told it would be $200 to size my wedding band and engagement ring. I thought that was a little steep esp because I dont even wear my engagement ring/diamond anymore. Instead I got online and found a nice simple brand new ring and it was in my size not all companies offer 1/4 sizes and they engraved it shipped it free and I had it within a week. I love it. It fits perfectly and is very utilitarian. I can cherish my old rings and put them in a safe and wear this one everyday."

"Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.
