I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.

"We ordered new wedding bands for our 20th anniversary. We absolutely LOVE them! They are everything they were advertised to be. The amazing thing about them - we ordered them late and this company went out of their way to make these bands we had them engraved also - and we received them the day before we left on our vacation.
