"I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. Thank you and Great Job to all involved!" "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "I ordered two handmade gold rings. The turnaround time was amazing. I got an email that they were being sent and I got them the next day 6 days from order to receipt. "Ordered 2 white gold wedding bands. With the current exchange rate we got a fantatsic price far cheaper than buying in Australia and the delivery time was amazingly fast.
