"I had been pondering over this ring for 1 year and a half. After my fiancé proposed I knew that I wanted to order this ring for his wedding band. The picture made the ring look beautiful when I received the ring it was just as beautiful yet the diamonds were a lot smaller than I anticipated. I immediately panicked. The ring was a surprise for my groom. I end up having to show him the ring messing up my surprise but he actually loved the ring. He loved the simplicity of the ring and the fact that it was engraved. "The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time.
