When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! "I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time.
