I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. "I had checked with several sites to review the selection of wedding bands. The first thing I noticed is that weddingbands.com gave the approximate gram weight of gold in each band and the sizing of the complete ring. I had a question about the thickness which was answered immediately. I place an order for 2 bands with engraving. It took only 8 days and I had them in hand. The size feel and weight is perfect. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them.
