"The rings are lovely great quality comfortable plus the engraving is perfect. Even on a thin ring it shows clearly plus they offer such a beautiful script. The mens ring we had to send back twice for self sizing issues they had no problems with the exchanges and each time the replacements shipped within 24 hours of receipt. "I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere!
