"Dear WB, We loved the rings. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. But here I am writing one because honestly - I could not be happier with the service and product quality through weddingbands.com. It was so easy to select exactly the size and shape of simple white gold band that I wanted for myself - at HALF the price it would have been in a local store.
