Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. "I never submit testimonials but the customer service at this company is superior to every one I have ever dealt with. The sales people answered the phone right away answered every question I had and told me what to expect with the next steps in my order. I had a custom request and it was filled perfectly way ahead of schedule and for the best price I could find. I would have been shocked to find my bands on my doorstep just days after my order if it wouldnt have been for the fact that they communicated really well regarding the shipping details. "I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful.
