I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. "My wife recently lost her wedding band that we had ordered from your site two years ago. I wanted to surprise her on our anniversary but I couldnt remember what the exact inscription was. Customer service was more then happy to look up the order and let me know what the inscription said and what ring we had ordered before.
