"Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "Internet shopping at its best! I was very skeptical because Ive never heard of such a precious investment being purchased online but I read a bunch of the reviews and thought Id give them a call...so heres another great review for ya. I wanted to propose to my partner before he got word of whether or not he got into an MBA program because I didnt want that to dictate whether or not we were engaged so I had 5 days to do this. Every jeweler I went to charged at least $500 more for the ring I want and of course would need 2 weeks to make the ring. Weddingbands.com still needed to make the ring which would take only 5 business days but shipped out a temporary ring for me to use for the proposal overnight. I proposed he said yes we both approved of the chosen rings sent the temporary back and 4 days later not counting the weekend of course and we got our rings appraised and everything. They even called me when they were ready so I had a chance to place the funds in my account before they charged me. Best prices best service. Im recommending this site to anyone I know who is buying a ring." D L., CA
