Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. If your order requires a signature upon delivery I suggest you have your mail put on hold thru usps post office you can do it online and its easy. I had my order within a week from placing the order.
