"All I can say about weddingbands.com in short is Excellent products in affordable price outstanding customer service. Being new in this country I was a little hesitant to order a wedding ring for myself and after a lot of research selected this company to buy my platinum ring. I ordered a 5 mm comfort fit platinum ring that I was much cheaper compared to other jewelers in my locality. The ring was just awesome and delivered within 3-4 days along with authenticity certificated and appraisal letters as promised. I returned the ring 2 times for some sizing issue which were taken care by the customer service team so well. They are so prompt in answering every doubt a customer might have. I look forward to purchase more rings for my relatives and would definitely recommend others to go for it without any hesitation."

"I bought the most beautiful Wedding band from Wedding Band dot com. It was a terrific value and the shipping was spot on time. I was so proud of my choice !!! THEN my new wife wanted something different and much Cheaper. They were so understanding at Weddingbands.com. They quickly shipped the cheaper ring and didnt even gouge me on a restocking fee. These people are fantastic I cant believe how nice and understanding they were on such a horrible request o n my part. I wont shop anywhere else again even if I pay more the service is worth anything they would ask but they are also usually the cheapest too !!!"

"GREAT SERVICE!!!
Not only did I need my ring in size GIANT 15 but I also had it altered to a thinner height size 1.8mm down to 1.4mm. I did price the ring with 2 local jewelers and both came in at over triple the price.
It was ready and shipped within days and when I received it it was just perfect. Edessa gave me the best service I have received in pretty much any internet service business I have ever shopped at. Further the quality and execution of the workmanship keep in mind this was custom was way beyond expectations. AAA Plus. would recommend to anyone."
