"WeddingBands.com is a great place to buy from. My original order was the wrong size and width. When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! I am so thankful that weddingbands not only let me exchange the ring for the correct size but that they actually allowed me to change my order. My husband was very happy with his new wedding band. "We were simply going to have a civil ceremony- but you want to have really nice rings. So many to choose from online we took a while and ordered online after some consultation with one of their specialists who was very helpful. Maybe we waited too long to order and and watched the calendar based on the ceremony date selected compared to rings arrival projected. Not much time between the two. Called Wedding Bands customer service and shared my concern. However the rings arrived several days earlier than originally projected maybe they expedited shipment. Thanks." Doug, Maryland
