"I have for many years wanted an extra wide band. My husband purchased a second band 7mm for me when my first band cracked apart. No grief there because I never liked it anyway. My finger size has changed as I have aged and my second band became tight on my finger. I finally took it off before I would have to have it cut off. We started shopping at local jewelers and pricing the type of band that I wanted. None of the jewelers had bands as wide as I was looking for especially in the ring size I needed. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them.
