Their Customer service is great in the fact that they update you via e-mail on the progress of your order. I received my wedding band ahead of their projected date of delivery and was pleasantly surprised by this. My end order on the screen matched my personal expectation in person once received. "We decided to take a chance ordering wedding bands online after seeing what the local shops had to offer. Without qualification we got more for our money and we didnt have to listen to crappy piped-in store music and desperate pitches from salesmen on commission. We would definitely recommend bypassing the stores and coming here for wedding bands."
