"We live in Australia but got married in NYC and I wanted my husbands wedding band delivered there. I wasnt sure exactly where we would be staying but I asked weddingbands.com the best way to organise it. They suggested getting the ring delivered to the UPS customer care centre and gave excellent advice for how to order it online. As it happened - when I went to collect the ring - the UPS centre thought they may have mislaid the package which was a bit worrying for the hour they took to find it! "I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12.
