"My ring arrived today and it is beautiful. I ordered the Eurostyle comfort fit and it is so comfortable. Aside from the actual ring the customer service is outstanding. I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. He also called me to let me know the ring had shipped and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order again from this company. "We live in Australia but got married in NYC and I wanted my husbands wedding band delivered there. I wasnt sure exactly where we would be staying but I asked weddingbands.com the best way to organise it. They suggested getting the ring delivered to the UPS customer care centre and gave excellent advice for how to order it online. As it happened - when I went to collect the ring - the UPS centre thought they may have mislaid the package which was a bit worrying for the hour they took to find it!
