"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. "We were simply going to have a civil ceremony- but you want to have really nice rings. So many to choose from online we took a while and ordered online after some consultation with one of their specialists who was very helpful. Maybe we waited too long to order and and watched the calendar based on the ceremony date selected compared to rings arrival projected. Not much time between the two. Called Wedding Bands customer service and shared my concern. However the rings arrived several days earlier than originally projected maybe they expedited shipment. Thanks." Doug, Maryland
