When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! I am so thankful that weddingbands not only let me exchange the ring for the correct size but that they actually allowed me to change my order. My husband was very happy with his new wedding band. "After going to Zales online and in store I thought there HAS to be something better. They have a 3 week waiting period for your ring order! Not acceptable. "I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere! "My ring arrived today and it is beautiful. I ordered the Eurostyle comfort fit and it is so comfortable. Aside from the actual ring the customer service is outstanding. I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. He also called me to let me know the ring had shipped and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order again from this company.
