"Looked everywhere for the perfect wedding band store after store with not much luck. Time was becoming a problem and I came across weddingbands.com and after a quick look through there stuff found exactly what i was looking for. Did a little looking at some reviews on their site and independent reviews as well all were good. So took a chance and ordered my ring. My order was over $400 so I took the free earring and purchesed a second pair for my new stepdaughters. Well to my surprise the ring and earrings showed up in a week couldnt be HAPPIER the ring was PERFECT exactly what I was looking for the earrings looked great new stepdaughters stoked. When making my order I did call to make some changes spoke with Edessa she was awesome. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them.
