"We live in Australia but got married in NYC and I wanted my husbands wedding band delivered there. I wasnt sure exactly where we would be staying but I asked weddingbands.com the best way to organise it. They suggested getting the ring delivered to the UPS customer care centre and gave excellent advice for how to order it online. As it happened - when I went to collect the ring - the UPS centre thought they may have mislaid the package which was a bit worrying for the hour they took to find it! "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "This will be the second ring Ive purchased for my husband. He had the last one stolen from him. The 2 rings Ive purchased were quality bands and I loved the variety weddingbands display. You cant beat the price when it comes to the engraving and sizing. I just purchased myself a diamond band from Jareds had to pay extra for sizing and engraving. Over $100 for both.
