"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. "My husband and I have been married for 25 years. His old wedding band was cheap but all we could afford. Over the course of 25 years it had seen a lot of abuse and actually broke because it was so thin. I bought him a comfort fit plain gold band. I tried to guess his size from the old one. Way off. Had to send it back. Made a few calls to customer Service. They were awesome and patient with me. They answered all my questions. The e-mails help me keep track of the shipping which was pretty fast. "I have for many years wanted an extra wide band. My husband purchased a second band 7mm for me when my first band cracked apart. No grief there because I never liked it anyway. My finger size has changed as I have aged and my second band became tight on my finger. I finally took it off before I would have to have it cut off. We started shopping at local jewelers and pricing the type of band that I wanted. None of the jewelers had bands as wide as I was looking for especially in the ring size I needed.
