I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. In fact my husband lost weight this year and lost his so we went ahead and ordered a new one for him and they shipped it right out so quick..we were going on our three week honeymoon we never got the chance to go on and we received it in time !!
