"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. "The 14K wedding bands were of the highest quality and equal or better to the jewelry stores that we visited. The engraving was picture perfect. We were also able to get the exact size that we needed. All of the jewelry stores would have had to resize for an additional fee and take an extra two weeks or more deliver the rings.
