I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. He also called me to let me know the ring had shipped and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order again from this company. "Mens Palladium Flat Band - 5mm x 1.5mm matte
Arrived less than a week after ordering despite quote of 2 weeks as it was made-to-order. Absolutely clean no scratches when received.
Been wearing for 3 weeks and extremely happy with it. A couple of minor scratches since due to wear and tear but you need to look really closely to see them.
Would definitely recommend weddingbands.com"
