"I ordered my rings through Wedding Bands my wedding was 2 weeks away from the time I placed my order. USPS lost my package claiming it has already been delivered I contacted Wedding Bands to inform them the situation. They immediately follow up with USPS and continue to do so for over 1 week I was just 2 days for my wedding with no rings Wedding Bands step up and manufacture new rings and just before they were about to send them USPS found the package got the rings just in time and I was happily impressed by how Wedding Bands handle the whole thing. On top of that the rings were just exactly what I pictured they will look like my now husband tells me everyday how much he likes his ring and that this feels really heavy and probably cost a fortune the true is that although wasnt in the cheap end the price was very good for such a nice and heavy ring. "I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. Thank you and Great Job to all involved!"
