"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. "Great experience with this company. Ordered a free sizing kit selected the right size placed my order on-line. The ring was quickly shipped to my door and its beautiful! Caveat that they will not ship to PO boxes though. You need to have a physical street address for them to ship the ring to. " Derek D., NC
