"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. "A friend had used the site and recommended it because of its convenience and pricing. I put it in the back of my head and continued on my more traditional approach wedding bands for my wife and I. As we spent time and energy going from store to store being bombarded by sales pressure and unreasonable mark ups I decided to simply compare what I was seeing to the rings at weddingbands.com. The details from the site helped compare rings quickly and easily. It soon became apparent that the stores I was going to just had much higher mark ups for rings that were of equal or less quality that rings on the site. So we took the plunge and ordered our bands simple classic 14k white gold with comfort fit 4mm and 2mm and we could not be happier.
